Cairo/Bonn (WWEA) – Fortunately the political situation in Egypt has improved considerably during the past weeks. However, there are still some uncertainties, due to the situation in some neighbour countries. In light of this situation and its possible implications on the attendance of international participants, the organizers have decided, after consultation with the Government of Egypt and representatives of the Arab League, to postpone the WWEC 2011 to 31 October till 2 November 2011.
